Volunteers are always needed in youth sports and Challenger is no exception. Below are some of the many positions that need to be filled to make this succeed.

Coaches - These are special individuals who will create smiling faces. Some football skills are helpful, but more importantly the ability to assist and patiently create an environment that the kids deserve. Coaches, like all volunteers within the Pop Warner Program, must submit to a background check, and be approved by the Mid-Hudson Conference. No experience is necessary!

Buddies - These are "able-bodied" helpers who are at least thirteen years old. They will help the participant catch the ball, navigate the field, push wheelchairs and then finally become a teammate to an eager special player.

Donations - We want to continue to provide these players and their families, who are already financially burdened, with a fun and free experience. This can only be done with generous donations from service groups as well as the business community.
